The project was organized in Chernivtsi, by NGO ІТТА with the support of Goethe Institut. The aim of the project was to gather together young people and stakeholders in order to start a dialogue about democratic values in cultural field.

Culture Quest is a competition between 10 teams (6 members each). During the competition participants learn new and interesting facts about Chernivtsi, history of the city, its culture and people who influence the local cultural process and also opportunities young people have to participate and affect it.

Throughout the quest there were meetings and workshops with local historians, politicians, actors, where question of democratic values in cultural field was discussed. As a result each team developed a local project with support of the mentors.
